A few spring seasons ago now, I created a simply elegant bohemian wedding dress for a Spring Photoshoot with Michelle Liane Photography. My favourite thing about these collaboration shoots, is that I am given a rough idea and can run with it. Being creative is one of the best things life can offer, the joy I feel when it all comes together is just the greatest thing! Working with so many other amazing creatives is so worth while. You will see that the beauty that comes from each of us illuminates through the moments that were captured in the shoot.

This couple was real, completely and totally in love and it shows. Little do you know the sweet nothings being whispered were pretty silly jokes which made her laugh so incredibly true. I know that my guy would be the same way, silly and trying to make me laugh, some people aren’t super lovey dovey and that’s okay! I think even on a wedding day being silly is one of the reasons she has chosen to be with him or vise versa. These captures are stunning and I am so happy that even though I was 7 months pregnant at the time I could totally be apart of it. You wouldn’t know that there were a million mosquitos and it rained basically the whole time, HA!

Simple and oh so Boho Inspiration;

The lace off shoulder detailing was the perfect addition to a very simple dress, it made it feel so romantic. That gorgeous bouquet filled with whites and greens, Daisy's and baby's breath took my breath away that's for sure. The cake, simple and slightly with the greenery was so simply bohemian I fell in love right away. Those beautiful vows written on brown paper I think was just the ultimate touch. Of course all the stunning photos that captured every single intimate and loving moment would make any couples day the most magical they would ever know.
